Club Vela Blanes

Blanes Yacht Club was founded in 1943 by a small group of friends (CAU) who were “fond of the sea”. It presides over the eastern side of the bay of Blanes and its marina within the Fishing Port make it one of the Costa Brava’s most strategic and privileged spots. Approved as a Sports Tourism Destination for sailing by the Catalan Tourist Board, it has organized first-rate cruising and dinghy sailing events, while its Sailing School, approved by both the Spanish and Catalan Sailing Federations, has been teaching sailing since 1992.
