The Van der Valk Barcarola Hotel is ideal for spending a relaxing few days in one of the most beautiful bays on the Costa Brava. Located in the lovely town of S’Agaró, just 50 meters from Sant Pol beach, the hotel features 48 luxury rooms (including 12 junior suites and 4 duplex suites) and 14 apartments (these apartments are located on the first and second sea lines, on S’Agaró beach itself), offering a comfortable and pleasant stay with all the amenities we provide. In addition to our dining facilities, the hotel offers a fully equipped gym, a cozy wellness area with a steam bath, a sauna, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful jacuzzi for relaxation; we also provide a secure area for bicycle storage. The Van der Valk Barcarola Hotel features a main restaurant, Las Dunas, a tapas bar (La Casita), and a beach bar (Tucan Beach), each with its own character. Open only in mid/high season.
In our Las Dunas restaurant, you will find an international menu and Spanish classics, like delicious paella. Las Dunes has a colorful terrace and a very bright interior. La Casita, our cozy tapas bar, has a terrace by the pool. At Tucan Beach, you can enjoy a good coffee, a full breakfast, or delicious burgers, among other dishes. Tucan Beach also has an ice cream shop, Pink, which makes homemade ice cream. Both are located on the S’Agaró promenade.
